Preorder changes and cancellations
Drop 001 is made to order based on preorder demand. You may request a size, color, address change, or cancellation before the preorder closes on October 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. Email flyselfclub@gmail.com with your order number.
After the preorder closes and production begins, cancellations, color changes, and size changes cannot be guaranteed. Returns for change of mind or an incorrect size selected by the customer are not accepted after production begins, except where required by law.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Keep the item unworn and unwashed while we review the issue.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Do not send an item back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after approval depends on your bank or card issuer. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
